About us
Established in 1964
Established in 1964, the Hellenic Community of Ireland operates as a non-political and selfless association. As a social enterprise with charitable status, our core objectives include:
- Preserving the Greek and Greek-Cypriot identity, language, and facilitating the integration of our members into Irish society. This involves operating the Greek School in Dublin and aspiring to expand to other locations.
- Encouraging and supporting socio-economic, cultural, educational, and related activities for the development of our members in Greece, Cyprus, and Ireland, as well as fostering connections between these regions.
- Promoting the well-being of our members by providing various forms of support.
- Cultivating and nurturing relationships with other Hellenic communities worldwide.
- Fostering solidarity and mutual assistance among our members.
